It's already been reported that Last Resort Films is getting into the DC superhero business with Blue Beetle (and other yet to be announced projects), but now they are continuing to delve into other properties with one Marvel Comics project in the works from writer Jack Ryder and even more interesting - a film set in the Alien universe which has been written by new writer Carl Flimmer. The Alien project, which will feature elements not yet depicted in the other films, is set to be released at the end of this season.
