Last Resort Films is officially getting into the superhero business. They have officially optioned a script from rookie screenwriter APJ (no word on what that stands for) surrounding DC Comics superhero Blue Beetle. Normally the simple purchase of a script isn't enough to warrant it's own announcement, but the script has reportedly inspired studio president Phil Dolan to develop a series of films surrounding some of DC Comics' lesser known superheroes.
